Return & Refund Policy

Limited return/refund policy

For fresh perishable products such as the Happy Organic Vege Box, no return/refund is extended. Products are to be checked by the customer upon receipt of delivery. Any discrepancies in quantity and quality must be made known on receipt at delivery. Customer should reject the delivery or make note of partial or incomplete delivery to the delivery note.

For non-perishable items, the returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Mentari Sales & Distribution Sdn Bhd, the holding entity of and all products marketed will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within three (3) days after the confirmation.
